Great facility. This is an awesome facility offering something that is much needed. Giving people access to equines gives so much back in mindfulness cannot be measured, just experienced here.
Teal's been a godsend! I've never had the best luck in education, let's just say that the system has failed me. I was forced into the mainstream department of a college despite my EHCP stating I need a supported environment. I went to the college for one day since they transferred me to mainstream and didn't even last one lesson. As a result I was without any education, or stability for over 9 months! Being at Teal is honestly the first time I've actually enjoyed education, and it's one of the few places I feel safe to be myself at without risk of being judged for it. Lisa and Lucy who run Teal are honestly lovely people who truly care about me. They aren't just doing it to check a box on paper. They're doing it because they truly want to help people like myself have access to a stable, calm and supported education. I don't know where I'd honestly be without discovering Teal. I was a lost cause, but now I feel like I've got something to look forward to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Couldn't ask for anything better honestly. Absolutely love it here and wouldn't change it for the world!
They are an amazing bunch of people who take it in their stride to deal with individuals with mental health. The young people we take to sessions always come away with a smile on their face and a sense of achievement.
Words can't express how proud I am of Thomas passing his ASDAN English, ASDAN Maths and ASDAN Gardening, now moving on to an apprenticeship in farming. Teal has changed Thomas' life. The best thing that happened in year 4 at Edenbridge Primary, then on to a full time education at Teal. His confidence has grown and the emotional support gave the goals to achieve his dreams. Love you Thomas and it just shows you can learn in so many different ways. Thank you Lisa Petto and Lucy Petto for being great teachers who are now our friends.
Teal has helped me soooo much! I just can't thank them enough. I'm struggling in education at the moment and Teal have helped me get confident. I love the horses which has inspired me to work with them in the future.
Really lovely team, kids felt very at home very quickly.
They are outstanding and diverse with how they deal with the people in their care, always welcoming and offer great advice.
An amazing and much needed service provided by kind and caring people. Keep up the good work.
This not-for-profit helps an extremely diverse range of people from 3 years to 84 years with physical, mental and medical abilities. Helping them walk, talk, gain confidence and work skills to live their best happy life!
Thank you so much Teal for all the support over the years. You really made my son shine. I'm so proud of him and I will always thoroughly recommend Teal xxx.
They help so many children and adults with additional needs. They change lives, they are not for profit and they work hard. They are highly experienced with SEN young people and other disabilities as well as the horses, which are trained positively and naturally.
