Lucy-Anne and Lisa shared so much knowledge and massively increased my confidence in taking steps to start my own company. What is TEAL TEACH?
TEAL TEACH is a licensed coaching and education network combining Equine Assisted Learning with accredited equine education.
Is TEAL TEACH accredited?
Yes. TEAL TEACH delivers accredited equine education through recognised qualifications underpinned by Equine Assisted Learning principles.
Do I need previous EAL experience?
Previous EAL experience is beneficial but not essential.
Do I need my own horses?
Coaches must have access to suitable horses and facilities that meet welfare and safety requirements.
Can TEAL TEACH support EHCP outcomes?
Yes. Programmes can support communication, confidence, emotional regulation, independence, employability and preparation for adulthood.
What support will I receive?
Licensed coaches receive training, resources, quality assurance support, CPD opportunities and access to the TEAL TEACH coach network.
